The KingPup Radio Show
The KingPup Radio Show is a live thirty-minute "roots music" radio program
recorded at events across the southeast and delivered free of charge to domestic and
international radio stations.

The program is produced by
Aster Productions and features
live performances of several
acoustic music genre including: Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Gospel, Acoustic Country,
Old Time Country, Stringband, Western Swing
among others. The program is hosted by Phil & Gaye Johnson and is currently aired on
over 53 radio outlets world-wide many of which stream their signal over the interenet 24/7.

The KingPup Radio Show is also available to World Wide Web visitors at the

and is currently receiving
over 600 visitors per day. Banner ads and links to sponsors and host organizations are
prominently displayed on several pages at the website.

operating since June, 1998 and is currently receiving over 600 visitors per day,
over 18,000 visits per month.

Aster Productions is interested in co-producing one or more concert events with interested
host organizations. The events may be produced under a negotiated standard contract
agreement or under special barter arrangements agreed to by the participating parties.

Under the contract agreement Aster Productions will work closely with the host to engage
talent and assist in the promotion of the event in association with one or more KingPup
Radio Show
station affiliates as well as web site promotion and e-mail marketing.
Aster Productions will provide the host organization with publicity materials including
photos and bios from all artists plus provide on-site banners.

Host will provide the venue with suitable stage and lights, stage hands, sound
reinforcement equipment and audio technicians. Aster Productions will be permitted
access to record from the main soundboard.

Each concert event will yield 3 or more syndicated KingPup Radio programs.
Each KingPup Radio program will provide at least 5 advertising opportunities:

- · 1 commercial message
- · 1 host mention in the promo

Radio is a proven cost effective marketing tool. We like to think of our project as a

Radio
The KingPup Radio Show is offered free to radio outlets under a time honored "barter"
agreement which continues to serve as a viable option for producers, artists and radio
programmers.

Artists
Artists will receive much needed national and international radio exposure.
Any effort at gaining radio airplay is essential to the growth of an artist's career.

Host
KingPup concert production and promotion fees can be recouped through ticket sales
and printed program advertising.

In addition to the radio spots, the host will receive click through banner
advertisements on several web pages at the KingPup / radioYUR.com website.

Since The KingPup Radio Show is used for promotional purposes, the host may be
eligible for tourism marketing grants on the national or state level or from local
TDA funding sources.

Hosting a KingPup Radio Show concert is a cost effective and efficient way to supplement
the cultural, artistic and media needs of your event or organization. Aster Productions
