The KingPup Radio Show- "Small Time Opry" is a modern version of the local "opry style"
radio program.

The KingPup Radio Show is a showcase of the finest in traditional and
contemporary American "roots" music, Old-time, Bluegrass, Acoustic Country and Blues,
presented in an "opry style" format, and hosted by Phil & Gaye Johnson.

The programs
are digitally recorded and edited by
Aster Productions of Tryon, NC. They are syndicated
to over 50 radio affiliate stations throughout the world on CD masters. The programs are
distributed as a "full barter" offering. "Full barter" is an industry term meaning
the program is distributed at no cost to the station. The programs are also archived
on the website www.radioYUR.com and offered as an on-demand MP3 stream.

operating since June, 1998 and is currently receiving over 600 visitors per day,
over 18,000 visits per month.

Compilation CD
In addition to the program discs we produce and freely distribute 300
radio only promotional compilation CDs consisting of the "best of" live performances from
The KingPup Radio Show. This CD serves as a marketing vehicle for The KingPup Radio Show
and its artists. We distribute the CDs as a station recruiting effort and do not charge
any fees for this service.
All artists will be asked to sign a standard release form which allows Aster Productions
the following:

- the right to record the live performance
- the right to edit and distribute the live performance
- the right to use their name and image for promotion and marketing

All recorded performances remain the property of the artist. We ask that you
assign us the right to edit and distribute the recorded performance to radio outlets
and on the internet. We also ask that you allow us the right to use your name and picture
for promotion and marketing.

In addition, the release form states that distribution is at the discretion of Aster
Productions. This means that even though we have recorded your performance, there is no
guarantee that we will use it. There will be artistic and technical criteria to consider.
This project is for promotional purposes only.
The KingPup Radio Show is distributed as a
barter offering to interested radio outlets. Our sponsors and underwriters defray all
production, and promotion costs.
